Welcome to my website..I am Halil Cobuloglu, a management consulting professional, with an extensive optimization and analytics application background in supply chain management. I have PhD in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering program of Wichita State University. During my time in WSU, I have developed optimization and decision analysis models for biofuel and food production with my supervisor Dr. Esra Buyuktahtakin. Besides, I have mentored two graduate researchers in their projects.
Prior to joining Wichita State, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Industrial Engineering department of Arizona State University. I have got my BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering Program of Istanbul Technical University and Bogazici University, respectively. During my MS studies in Bogazici University, I have worked with Prof. İlhan Or. In addition to my studies, I like participating and volunteering for art events.
